The hotel offers a clean and warm environment, complemented by the excellent staff who were always ready to assist. Compared to a pricier option I had initially chosen, I regretted not selecting Norte from the beginning.One of the standout features was the large flask of hot water in the lobby, providing complimentary tea and coffee round the clock, a thoughtfully hospitable touch. The convenient location near the city center allowed easy access to various affordable dining options and local amenities.While the room lacked a closet and breakfast service, these were minor drawbacks considering the cost-effectiveness of the hotel. Despite these small limitations, the spacious accommodation with smart TV and large bathroom, along with the available information about Cuenca at the reception, ensured a comfortable and enjoyable stay.In conclusion, Norte provides a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a decent level of comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.
